VMCC South Durham

The Beamish Trophy Trial is run by South Durham Section of the Vintage Motorcycle Club.

Originally, the trial was run for 27 years by The Friends of Beamish and then by Durham Classic Motorcycle Club from 1998 until handing over to South Durham VMCC in 2008.

The trial covers just over 100 miles of Northern Dales in Cumbria, Durham and Northumberland and has a number of testing off-road sections.

The start and finish is at The New Board Inn, Hill Top, Esh, Co. Durham.
